Neo Summerhill Maxim ET has been a cornerstone of the Ingwe Appaloosa breeding program and a male whose influence is now firmly established across our herd.

A striking Appaloosa Light Fawn/Medium Brown, Maxim is sired by the highly regarded EP Cambridge The Leopard, an Appaloosa Rose Grey/Dark Fawn male, and out of Canchones Gold Magnetism ET, a Solid White female. His wider pedigree also includes Patagonia Celtic Rising Sun ET, adding further depth to an already influential genetic background. Maxim’s recorded colour genotype is EeAa2. Ingwe Alpacas

Maxim was also successfully shown. At the Bendigo Agricultural Show, he placed 1st in Mature Male Fancy and was awarded Best Fancy Huacaya. He also placed 2nd in Senior Fancy Male at the Australian Alpaca Spectacular, demonstrating that his quality was recognised well before his breeding influence became apparent. eAlpaca

His greatest legacy, however, is through his progeny. Maxim has produced Classic Appaloosa, Harlequin Appaloosa, other patterned and solid-coloured offspring, and his influence is especially evident through Joma Heath, one of the most important sires in our current program. Joma Heath is by Maxim and Neo Summerhill Leopard Heatwave and has gone on to become a prolific pattern producer in his own right. His pedigree and Appaloosa status are also recorded in Royal Melbourne Show records. Melbourne Royal

Within the Ingwe herd, Maxim’s genetics now continue through sons, daughters and subsequent generations, including Leopard, Harlequin and other patterned descendants. His legacy is no longer simply potential — it is being demonstrated generation after generation.

Having retained a significant representation of his genetics within our herd, we have made the difficult decision to offer Neo Summerhill Maxim ET for sale.

For a breeder looking to add an established Appaloosa sire with proven progeny, documented show success and influential EP Cambridge The Leopard and Canchones genetics, Maxim represents a rare opportunity to acquire a male whose breeding value is already well demonstrated.

Neo Summerhill Maxim ET is reluctantly offered for sale. Enquiries are welcome.
